• You don’t need to visit financial institutions, stand in line, or waste time to make these payments
• If, on the due date, the customer’s account does not have sufficient funds, the Bank will contact the customer to resolve the situation
• Statements issued monthly or via BAINet (Internet Banking) confirm that the payment was made and are accepted as receipts
• In cases where, for any reason, the Bank does not process the payment, customers are notified via an email address they have provided or through their bank statement. Upon receiving this notification, the customer should contact the company to resolve the issue.
